“In the future, everyone will be world-famous for fifteen minutes.” – Andy Warhol

Inspired by Andy Warhol and his mockery of popular fashion culture, Friend of Mine designers Teale Talbot and Letitia McLean set about creating an Autumn/Winter collection fully of cheeky rock slogans, leopard print, stone washed denim and spherical hand beading.

The campaign, 15 Minutes, was shot by Alexandra Spencer of 4th and Bleeker fame in a Los Angeles studio, using Warhol’s New York studio “The Factory” for inspiration. The studio which mixed industrial hard edge and softened modernity, was the perfect backdrop for the rock chic collection. Based on a palette of cobalt blue, crimson red, black and white, Friend of Mine’s Autumn/Winter range is perfect for the girl who wants a quirky statement piece for her wardrobe or basic pieces with a twist.
