AUSTRALIA’S FIRST NUTTEA CAFÉ LANDS AT NEW DINING PRECINCT ELLA
Plant based? Check. Dairy Free? Check. Insanely delicious? Check. Enter perfected nut mylk at NUTTEA. Attention all health hipsters, vegans and bubble tea fanatics, the latest craze to this wild drink is nuts –literally. Introducing NUTTEA, the innovators of the bubble tea trend who are building on Australia’s ever-increasing health culture has opened at ELLA, Melbourne Central’s newest destination for good food and great drinks.
Founded in 2017, the world’s first nut mylk tea is expanding their global presence and launching into the Aussie market, making them the first ever NUTTEA café local to home. The NUTTEA formula is based on a unique mylk tea recipe, made from nuts and is 100% vegan. Think Matcha with Nut Cream, Brown Sugar Jelly Nut Mylk Tea, Banana Oatmeal Nut Mylk and Nutty Americano’s – NUTTEA’s menu is a rotating blend of enchanting and aromatic beverages, disrupting traditional bubble tea to create a plant based ‘cream’.
NUTTEA is the world’s first nut beverage specialist brand, dedicated to making greater contributions to our health and the environment. By being passionate advocates for protecting farmed animals, NUTTEA encourages the impactful switch between the humble cow to a plant-based product.
Jason Tan, the Co-Founder of NUTTEA, said: “We’re so excited to finally open our first Australian café in the heart of Melbourne – the city of dreams. Especially as the hospitality sector looks towards a re-opening of trade in time for summer. This is our first flagship store in Australia, and we’re thrilled to call ELLA home to one of the most celebrated vegan bubble tea brands in Asia. Although we are opening during unprecedented times, it has given us the opportunity to offer Melburnians another reason to come back to the CBD and bring Melbourne back to life, once restrictions ease.”
To enjoy the creamy goodness at home, download the NUTTEA app or order online via www.nuttea.com.au for contactless order and pick up in line with COVID-safe measures. NUTTEA is also available for delivery via UberEats. Visit www.ellamelbourne.com.au for more information on opening hours.
